  • Responsibilities

    JOB SUMMARY: 

    Provide support to the land development team through on-site management of both developed and undeveloped lots.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • For communities with active land development operations, meet on a weekly basis with on-site Land and Construction Superintendents to discuss site development issues, drainage issues and provide necessary management and support, including adherence to company policies and procedures (e.g daily logs, sales-construction meetings, filing systems, etc.).
    • Conduct site walks with local municipalities to create punch lists for bond reduction
      • Manage the completion of the punchlists
    • Generate and manage land development schedules
    • Monitor and collect testing during new development
    • Manage the repair and restoration of items post-development
    • Provide resources for our sales department to utilize on the sale’s floor
    • Assist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as required

    Required Skills

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS 

    MINIMUM EDUCATION EXPERIENCE: 

    Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or similar field preferred

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

    • Working in high paced environment, ability to multi-task, and work in a paperless environment.
    • Exceptional Communication Skills, both oral and written.
    • Professional demeanor in the office and in the field.
    • Proven ability to effectively partner with key position constituents.
    • Experience in successful project management; a planner, organizer and implementer.
    • Analytic, decisive and a problem solver.
    • Detail oriented.
    • Fiscally oriented.
    • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project or other scheduling software.

    WORK CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Work conditions include office work, field work, outside meetings, onsite coordination, and meetings with municipal and county representatives.
