    IDEAL QUALITIES:

    As a Technical Recruiter, you will manage aspects of the engineering & consulting recruiting process from job requisition, talent mining and candidate qualifying to candidate offer and acceptance. You will help build and maintain a competitive database using internal and external resources as well as strengthen and promote internal Azzur’s candidate referral program. You will also work closely with other teams and will have opportunities to contribute to those teams as well.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage the full cycle recruitment process including, staff requisitions, reviewing, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and making offers.
    • Utilize and maintain sourcing tools and processes
    • Work closely with the hiring managers and other team members to deliver a pipeline of qualified engineering candidates across multiple job requisitions
    • Recruit top talent through a variety of methods including, job postings, SEO optimization, LinkedIn Boolean Operands, and other resources
    • Qualify, evaluate and interview candidates via email, phone screen, webcam, and in-person interviews
    • Collaborate with Directors and other team members to create successful profiles that align to company culture and experience requirements
    • Contribute to research and implementation of recruiting and sales process and system improvements
    • Build a strong local network in the life sciences industry

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 2+ years of full cycle engineering / technical recruiting experience is required
    • A background or previous experience in the life science recruiting arena
    • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
    • Knowledge of web research techniques such as LinkedIn, social media and job boards
    • Proficiency with competency-based interviewing techniques
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
    • Ability to juggle multiple open requisitions.
    • Exceptional communication skills and follow through
    • Must be a team player

    PREFERRED:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or human resources
    • 1-3 years of talent acquisition experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology
