We are seeking an entry level Customer Service Representitive to join our team! Someone who is reliable, energetic, friendly and self motivated. Starting salary is $15 an hr. with a review in 3mo's. Qualified candidates must be able to start work between 7:30-9am daily and work some overtime. Will provide training.

• Handle customer calls/payments and schedule service
• Dispatch technicians and do follow-up calls with customers
• Type quotes and put together materials for mailings
• Do general office activities including filing
• Document and update customer records based on interactions

• No Previous experience in customer service required but would be helpful.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self motivated
