Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor social media traffic & analytics

• Learn about, adopt, and represent B&B Theatres standards of communication, culture, and excellence

• Provide timely & appropriate responses to guest inquiries, suggestions, concerns, and comments

• Respond to social media & online reviews

• Assess trends and provide weekly reports on efforts & opportunities

• Report to Director of Public Relations and work together to develop strategies for enhancing guest engagement
