    Responsibilities

    SUPERB customer service skills

    Answer all customer questions within quality standards

    Gather and input customer order information into proper systems to complete sales

    Determine customer needs through effective questioning

    Qualifications

    As an Account Manager, you will need strong communication skills to provide solutions and answer questions properly.

    Previous experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role is preferred

    Understanding of active listening techniques

    Ability to work well under pressure

    Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
