In this role, you will communicate with customers to identify their needs, process sales requests, escalate complaints, and provide helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer experience with our company.     Account Manager Responsibilities

    As an Account Manager, you will provide solutions, meeting with customers directly

    Answer all customer questions within quality standards

    Gather and input customer order information into proper systems to complete sales

    Determine customer needs through effective questioning

    Account Manager Qualifications

    SUPERB face to face communication skills

    Previous leadership experience is preferred

    Any in person customer service experience is beneficial (i.e. Service industry, hospitality,

    retail, any sales experience)

    Understanding of active listening techniques

    Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
