    Job Description B&G Advertising is currently seeking a Client Account Representative to deliver detailed sales and communications work. This representative will work to ensure the accurate and timely processing of clients’ data.

    Salary range: $40000 - $47000 per year.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform routine, detailed sales updates
    • Establish rapport and trust with the client in a relationship where a counseling approach is required.
    • Develop customer relationships and provide contacts to the Business Development Team.
    • Handle inbound and outbound client and customer requests and inquiries across (location).
    • Review and analyze sales data.
    • Build relationships with B2B clients and cross collaborate with other departments.
    • Develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of company products and activities.
    • Resolve consumer and client issues.

    Qualifications

    • Possess exceptional organizational and analytical skills to make sure all projects are completed timely.
    • Intermediate level proficiency using PC.
    • Positive, energetic person with expertise working in the Customer Service.
    • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
    • Comfortable working in a team environment and independently under steady deadline pressure.
    • Able to handle difficult situations in a manner that upholds good business relations
    • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, communication, or related (College or University) preferred.
