Answer and direct phone calls with employees and families
Organize and schedule appointments, meet and greets, and Webex meetings
Plan meetings, and employee trainings
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms, and emails
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system, organize and update policies as needed
Manage and organize employees schedules, and progress notes
Monitor Emails
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists
Provide general support to visitors, employees, individuals, and their families
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
