    Our company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant to join our team!

    We are a BUSY IT company located in Hauppauge, NY.

    We are looking for a bookkeeper with extensive knowledge in the IT/Managed Services (MSP) space.

    Part Time M-F 9AM-3PM (flexible)

    Qualifications:

    Full knowledge of QuickBooks Online (NOT desktop), responsible for recording & maintaining daily transactions such as purchases, expenses, sales, revenue, invoices & payments.

    Must be able to manage/update service contracts daily (pro rate) as there are changes all throughout the month.

    Answer phones and work with tech support team on assigning support tickets.

    Responsibilities:

    Accounts Receivable postings - Billings & collections

    Accounts Payable Posting

    Credit Card Reconciliations - Multiple credit card accounts

    Must be reliable, detail-oriented, have strong math skills & be efficient

    Handle all insurance payments and renewals

    Process payroll bi monthly

    Report and pay NYS Sales Tax

    Work with CPA firm to provide documents for corporate tax returns

    Strong organizational skills

    Deadline and detail oriented

    Create/modify support contracts for customers

    Salary commensurate with experience.
