    Administration Support with Experience in Accounting & Reporting (Sacramento) for foundation repair projects

    Location: Sacramento

    Full Time: M-F 8:30 - 5:00 (Overtime as needed)

    Compensation : $20 & up- DOE

    Experienced Office Admin Support/Receptionist

    Looking for an highly motivated friendly person interested in the opportunity to work in a construction office.

    You will be responsible for

    • File management
    • Process Warranty packets
    • Client follow-up calls
    • Maintain Reporting Excel Spread sheets
    • Manage Marketing & Sales Data
    • Answer Phones & Help with Mail

    This position reports to the GM and supports Construction manager, Salesmen, & Accounting.

    This is a full time job with office hours being 8 to 5.

    Requirements: • 5+ years previous experience working in a similar role • Experience in Construction a plus • Working proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook . Excel is the primary software used. • Proven, successful track record • Ability to maintain a quality and service oriented attitude • Must be a self-starter, able to take initiative, adaptable to change & multidimensional • Ability to demonstrate poise, initiative, tact and diplomacy • A high level of urgency, professionalism and integrity • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

    Must have a clean background for past 7 years with no felony convictions or crimes against others Must be able to pass a drug test
