We are seeking an Office Assistant Part Time to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Position is Monday-Friday 8am-12.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Handle customer inquiries via email
- Invoice orders
- File documents
- Perform all other office tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Excellent verbal communication
- Able to provide excellent customer service
- Responsible and organized
- Strong attention to detail and able to multitask
- Reliable and on-time
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccine required
