Job Description
The Brick & Mortar Operations Analyst is a fully remote role that supports the day-to-day execution and growth of our retail business across brick-and-mortar channels. This role combines product and market analysis, pricing support, retail setup, replenishment, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to help drive successful launches and ongoing account performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Product & Market Analysis
- Develop product positioning and competitive messaging
- Research market trends, viral products, and new product opportunities
- Support go-to-market strategies for brick-and-mortar launches
Pricing & Sales Materials
- Build pricing strategies that balance margin and competitiveness
- Monitor market pricing, promotions, and price parity across channels
- Create pitch decks and retail sales materials for buyers
Retail Operations
- Consolidate invoices and POs for retail accounts
- Complete forms and documentation for item setup, replenishment, and compliance
- Set up product listings with images and content
- Manage replenishment orders and track MABD timelines
- Organize sales, inventory, and performance data for reporting and decision-making
- Review chargebacks and discounts to ensure accurate payment
Recurring Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly analytics and reporting
- Communicate with design, buyers, brokers, vendors, and internal teams
- Handle ad hoc requests related to retail operations and support tools
Salary Range: $60K-$80K
