Survey Mapping Manager
EPS Group is currently seeking an experienced Survey Mapping Manager to lead the survey department on ALTA surveys, topographic mapping, aerial control surveys as well as prepare Legal Descriptions and Record Mapping Preparation.

Overview of Position:
Survey work performed for this position will be under the direction of a Licensed Land Surveyor
Will have at least 5 years of experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Working knowledge of project research and communication with the local agencies
Working knowledge of Field Survey Data and the ability to post-process and map field survey topographic data
Complete understanding of the elements within a Title Report
Ability to prepare, process and submit Recordable Maps (Tract Maps, Parcel Maps, Records of Surveys) under the direction of a Licensed Land Surveyor
Ability to prepare ALTA Surveys, Legal Descriptions and Exhibits for Easements, Deeds, etc.
CADD mapping support for Field Survey data and calculation of aerial control surveys and construction staking projects
The ability to prepare Field Staking Cut-Sheets
Give support and positive communicate effectively with the client
Communicates daily with the Project Manager, Field Surveyors and scheduling coordinator
Ability to supervise and manage a Survey Mapping department
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and possess good leadership roles
Possess strong communication and time management skills
Pursuing to become a licensed land surveyor in the near future
