EPS Group seeks to add an experienced full-time Microstation (Bentley) CAD Technician in our Mesa, Arizona offices to support our Public Works Group. This position will work report directly to a department Project Manager. Our team offers a collaborative, energetic environment that focuses on transportation, water/wastewater, drainage, and traffic engineering.

Responsibilities:
Work with a multi-disciplinary team on transportation projects
Strong design, communication, organization, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment
Prepares engineering plans and exhibits
Achieves performance objectives by meeting or exceeding designated charge-ability and hours worked
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience along with the following:
Proven proficiency in Microstation
Experience with Inroads
Experience with MCDOT and/or ADOT drafting standards is desirable
AutoCAD skills/experience is desirable
Possess strong communication and time management skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment, with the aptitude to meet deadlines
Detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
