Local businesses located in the 850 zip codes join for FREE, in turn businesses create special offers that saves their customers money, creates loyalty, and makes their experience better than ever. Community Members pay just $20 a year to unlock exclusive loyalty rewards and VIP services; yep it’s that easy!

Your Role:
We’ve been owner-operators for the first three years in business and the time is right to expand our team, build upon the momentum, and ignite our growth as the preferred local-loyalty program for Phoenix.
We are committed to provide training and enculturation, so you are empowered to grow the organization and build deeper connections with the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage a scalable activation model to build revenue streams, to increase promotion of local business and giving back to selected non-profits.
Manage prospective business and community member opportunities to accelerate 850zip growth.
Collaborate with local business leaders to elevate the 850zip brand and create community partnerships.
Manage community and business member relationships to improve the overall 850zip activation experience.
Nurture existing community and business members to build life-long relationships.
Work in alignment and support of the founder in activating social media, marketing, and sponsorships.
Identify, organize, and manage community outreach events.
Oversee the activations of 850zip branding and event management.
Responsible for training and developing Brand Ambassadors.
Maintain non-profit relationships and create community-centric volunteer experiences.
Breath life daily into the 850zip vision to create meaningful relationships with everyone.
How You Win:
$15 an hour base rate as a contractor position (1099 status)
