    CANDIDATE PROFILE

    • Passionate about the fitness & wellness community.
    • Has 6+ months experience taking R/DE at B/SPOKE.
    • Stands for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through day to day actions,

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Support B/SPOKE Instructors and help facilitate a seamless studio experience.

    Be able to assist with bike fittings if asked.

    Be helpful, efficient, and proactive.

    Be a team player and promote camaraderie.

    Promotes and maintains the B/SPOKE culture of contagious energy and ONE TEAM / ONE DREAM mentality.

    Participate in continued learning, training, and workshops when prompted.

    SCHEDULING + EXPECTATIONS

    • Have access to reliable transportation.
    • Show up on time and fully present, ready to R/DE with a positive attitude.
    • Ability to ride on LEFT lead leg at all cadences.
    • Ability to maintain the pace of the entire R/DE class.
    • Connect with the audience throughout class with your energy.
    • Able to work non-traditional hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

    INTERVIEW PROCESS

    • Submit basic online application by EOD WEDNESDAY, JUNE 15.
    • Participate in B/SPOKE Audition.
    • Receive offer and/or feedback.

    OTHER THINGS TO KNOW

    Invitations to audition will be sent out by EOD FRIDAY, JUNE 17.

    • FEDERAL STREET: WEDNESDAY, June 22 (7:30 PM)
    • CAPE HOUSE: SUNDAY, June 26 (12:30 PM)
