Schedule: Part-Time | Monday – Wednesday, 7:30 AM – around 6:00 PM (Note: One of these days may occasionally be shorter)

Salary: $24-$28/hour depending on experience

About the Family:

Are you passionate about early childhood development and infant care? A warm, growing family in Inver Grove Heights is looking for a dedicated, long-term nanny to join their team! You will be stepping into a lively, joyful home with three wonderful children: an adorable 1-month-old infant, a curious 2-year-old toddler, and an imaginative 4-year-old preschooler.

They are looking for someone reliable, proactive, and truly enthusiastic about nurturing young minds while keeping up with the delightful energy of three little ones.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Dynamic Childcare: Provide loving, engaging, and developmentally appropriate care for the toddler and preschooler (arts and crafts, story time, sensory play), alongside attentive, gentle care for the newborn.

Summer Fun: Supervise safe water play and swimming activities in the backyard pool during warmer months.

Household Support: Keep common areas tidy, handle children’s laundry, and help unpack/put away Instacart deliveries to keep the household running smoothly.

Fur-Baby Care: Assist with minor care for Cooper, the family's friendly Beagle—just simple feeding and letting him out into the yard!

What We Are Looking For:

Extensive experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers simultaneously.

A warm, patient, and engaging personality who loves turning everyday moments into learning opportunities.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy household.

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

A clean driving record and reliable transportation.
