    The Opportunity

    Are you a B2B expert? The Growth Marketing & Insights team is hiring a Director for B2B Growth Marketing Performance Analytics. In this strategic, global, hands-on leadership position, you will establish and carry out the performance analytics vision that fuels B2B growth across all funnel stages-from marketing stimulus through to pipeline, revenue, and customer expansion. This role lets you build the future of B2B marketing at Adobe!

    Your responsibilities include managing performance analytics, establishing objectives, and preserving ongoing performance narratives and optimizations for Adobe’s ICX and Corporate B2B segments. This role partners with Growth Marketing, Sales, GTM, Marketing Operations, and Executive Leadership to make sure performance is observed consistently, advanced progressively, and conveyed clearly.

    This position coordinates two functions:

    Growth Marketing Analytics Sales Analytics & Insights

    Both functions aim to drive growth faster by integrating marketing and sales effectiveness tracking, applied analytics, and optimization recommendations across the complete customer journey. This is a highly visible and critical role to deliver the next phase of our growth!

    Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in B2B performance analytics along with a thorough knowledge of marketing and sales processes. They have a deep familiarity with marketing operations and can direct teams within a complex organizational environment. Achieving success in this role depends on excellent skills in analytical storytelling, a commanding executive presence, and the capacity to translate insight into action.

    What you'll Do

    Define and direct the B2B performance assessments strategy across business segments. Establish open performance evaluation frameworks that relate marketing and sales initiatives to pipeline, revenue, and growth results. Own target setting methodologies, benchmark definitions, and goal management across the funnel. Provide a consistent, trusted performance narrative for executive and senior leadership audiences. Lead, guide, and develop high-performing analytics teams across Marketing and Sales.

    Growth Marketing Analytics

    You will collaborate alongside Growth Marketing and LCM teams to review and boost campaign, channel, and segment outcomes. Deliver applied analytics that inform investment decisions, media and channel optimization, and audience strategies. Develop testing frameworks and learning agendas to continuously improve marketing efficiency and return on investment. Transform performance data into clear insights and recommendations for improvement that encourage growth.

    Sales Analytics & Insights

    You will lead sales analytics and insights to drive pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance. Partner with Sales, GTM, and Operations teams to align metrics & performance reporting. Set Sales outreach targets, measure attainment, and provide sales feedback to marketing. Identify growth opportunities and performance gaps across accounts and segments. Enable data-driven decision-making through actionable insights and analysis.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence

    • Collaborate closely with B2B leadership to align performance analytics with priorities.
    • Serve as the connection between marketing and sales performance narratives.
    • Influence across a matrixed organization without direct authority to drive outcomes.

    Performance Optimization & Storytelling

    • Synthesize complex data into concise, compelling stories and recommendations.
    • Deliver ongoing performance readouts, insights, and executive-ready materials.
    • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform proactive optimization decisions.
    • Balance critical thinking with hands-on analytical leadership.

    What you need to succeed

    • Bachelor’s degree (advanced preferred) in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field required
    • Over 10 years of experience in marketing analytics, sales analytics, or related fields.
    • Proven experience leading analytics teams in complex, matrixed B2B organizations.
    • Strong analytical capabilities paired with the talent to turn data into actionable insights.
    • Proven capability in crafting engaging performance stories.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and collaborator management skills.
    • Comfort navigating ambiguity, complexity, and competing priorities.
    • Ability to move fluidly between strategic vision and executional detail.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $171,900 -- $339,850 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    In California, the pay range for this position is $234,700 - $339,850

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
