    The Growth Marketing & Insights (GMI) organization offers unbiased customer research, marketing evaluation, and performance tracking to support Adobe’s business goals. Within GMI, the B2B Applied Analytics team facilitates data-informed decision-making across Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams in Adobe’s B2B segments.

    We are seeking a B2B Applied Analyst who will lead efforts to measure, analyze, and increase performance across the entire marketing and sales funnel. This role will focus on boosting marketing efficiency, sales pipeline health, and the critical handoff between marketing and sales to improve conversion and revenue impact. The position combines analytical rigor, technical proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable insights that drive growth.

    What You'll Do

    • Develop and improve measurement frameworks for marketing and sales funnel benchmarks, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and enabling consistent tracking of performance across stages.
    • Analyze Marketing funnel performance from marketing engagement through sales conversion, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to improve pipeline velocity and deal progression.
    • Optimize marketing-to-sales handoff by crafting analytics that measure lead quality, conversion timing, and engagement efficiency, and recommending process improvements for SDR and AE workflows.
    • Conduct root cause analysis on performance trends and anomalies, providing actionable insights to refine campaign strategy, audience targeting, and segment prioritization.
    • Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales Ops teams to integrate marketing analytics into broader business performance reviews and forecasting models.
    • Translate business needs into analytical solutions by collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business partners to define requirements and deliver scalable tools.
    • Build and implement dashboards and reporting frameworks that track campaign efficiency, lead progression, and sales conversion across the full funnel.
    • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations through compelling storytelling and visualization tailored to executive and operational audiences.
    • Promote cooperation across Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams to make sure analytics are incorporated into decision-making processes.

    What You Need to Succeed

    • More than 8 years of experience in B2B marketing analytics, sales funnel analytics, or monitoring business performance.
    • Demonstrated skill in converting marketing and sales business inquiries into technical specifications and analytical answers.
    • Deep knowledge in B2B marketing strategy, campaign measurement, lead management, and pipeline analytics.
    • Proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and Python/R for data analysis and modeling.
    • Experience leading internal analytics products or platforms, with a focus on scalability and impact.
    • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior collaborators through data-driven storytelling.
    • Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $109,000 -- $200,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    In California, the pay range for this position is $138,600 - $200,700

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
