    Our client, a manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to lead a B2B sales operations in the manufacturing sector.

    This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performing sales team.

    The ideal candidate has a proven track record in industrial or manufacturing sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster long-term client relationships.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching to ensure success.
    • Establish sales targets, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed objectives.
    • Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs to provide actionable insights to senior management.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners to drive repeat business and long-term growth.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
    • Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve excellence through recognition, incentives, and a positive work environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
    • Ability to travel as needed.
    • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
