Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced B2B Graphic Artist who thrives in both digital and hands-on production environments. This full-time, on-site role combines content creation for marketing and e-commerce with print production and sign shop execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative & Digital Design:

Design and execute email campaigns, social media assets, and website banners

Create branded graphics for product images, printed collateral, and packaging

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive brand identity

Produce compelling visuals for promotions, launches, and digital content

Print & Production Execution:

Operate and maintain Mimaki flatbed and Roland printer/plotter equipment

Produce signage, decals, stencils, and custom product branding

Prepare print files, manage color calibration, and ensure high-quality output

Work directly in the sign shop to execute branding and production tasks

Additional Expectations:

**** Willingness to jump in and assist with all aspects of the business as needed

Comfortable taking projects from concept through completion

Collaborate, workshop, and contribute ideas with a positive, team-first attitude

Video production and editing skills are a strong plus

Qualifications:

**** 3–5 years of graphic design and/or production print experience

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Familiarity with wide-format print workflows and equipment (Mimaki, Roland)

Understanding of digital design best practices for email, web, and social

Strong layout, typography, and color theory skills

Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut) a plus
