    We are expanding our B2B efforts by partnering with auto dealerships, creating a seamless experience for EV buyers who need fast, reliable, professional charging solutions at home. This is not a typical outside sales job. It is an ownership-driven role where you build the core dealership channel from the ground up . This is a high-growth, high-impact role with uncapped earnings.

    What You'll Do

    You will be the face of 1Home, building long-term referral partnerships with auto dealerships and representing our EV charging and energy-efficiency solutions.
    This role blends sales strategy, relationship building, and field presence to dominate the EV market as adoption continues to accelerate.

    Key Responsibilities

    Dealership Partnerships

    • Build, maintain, and grow partnerships with automobile dealers who sell Tesla, Ford, GM, Rivian, Hyundai, Kia, VW and other dealerships selling EVs.

    • Establish referral agreements so that every EV customer is directed to 1Home for home charger installation.

    • Lead recurring in-person dealership visits to train sales staff on our offerings and streamline referrals.

    Sales & Revenue Growth

    • Prospect new dealerships and service centers across Utah and neighboring markets.

    • Present 1Home solutions — EV chargers, electrical upgrades, home energy products — with confidence and technical understanding.

    • Manage the full sales cycle from partner onboarding to residential customer installation.

    • Track pipeline, KPIs, and performance metrics using CRM tools.

    Brand & Market Expansion

    • Position 1Home as the industry standard for at-home EV charging.

    • Represent the company at EV events, dealership launches, home shows, and industry functions.

    • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to strengthen 1Home's strategy.

    Customer Interaction

    • Provide concierge-level service for referral customers.

    • Coordinate with install teams to ensure fast, clean, professional execution.

    • Maintain follow-up communication to encourage reviews, repeat work, and referrals.

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, or dealership/vendor partnership experience.

    • Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication and presentation skills.

    • Experience in automotive, solar, electrical, or energy sector preferred (not required).

    • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing a field-based sales schedule.

    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary: $50,000–$70,000
    • Commission: Competitive, uncapped
    • OTE (Total Earnings Potential): $120,000–$200,000+
