Job Description
Develop and manage B2B relationships with retailers, distributors, online marketplaces, and corporate clients.
Identify new business opportunities within the beauty, skincare, and personal-care categories.
Present product lines, new launches, pricing, and promotional programs to clients.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and contract closing.
Track sales performance, forecast demand, and prepare regular sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to support product development.
Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up consistently with prospects and active accounts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or wholesale—beauty or consumer goods industry preferred.
Understanding of K-Beauty trends, skincare ingredients, and product categories.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Korean/English bilingual ability a plus (optional depending on company).
Experience working with beauty retailers (Ulta, Sephora, CVS, etc.) or global distributors.
Knowledge of export/shipping processes for international B2B sales.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
