Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay: $110,000 – $200,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses) Schedule: Full-Time (Weekdays)

We’re expanding across Arizona and looking for a Business-to-Business (B2B) Outside Sales Executive who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and helping business owners stay compliant and protected.

What You’ll Do

Find and close new B2B accounts (restaurants, hotels, property managers, commercial kitchens)

Build long-term relationships with owners and decision-makers

Conduct site assessments and recommend fire and life safety solutions (we’ll train you)

Deliver clear, professional proposals and close deals with confidence

Manage your pipeline and track results in our CRM system

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of outside or B2B sales experience (technical or service industry preferred)

Self-starter who loves independence and responsibility

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline

Comfortable working occasionally on rooftops and using ladders

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
