About the Role
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business through full-cycle sales, including prospecting, presenting, closing, and onboarding. This role requires a high level of activity, ownership, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Generate leads through outbound prospecting and networking
Conduct client meetings and deliver sales presentations
Develop and present proposals within 48 hours
Maintain consistent follow-up to drive deals to close
Track all activity and pipeline in CRM
Partner with internal teams to ensure successful account onboarding
Qualifications
Proven track record in sales performance
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
Preferred Experience
Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, or similar tools
Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
