B2B Sales Rep | $50K Base + Uncapped Commission

You've been closing deals for someone else long enough.

AMR US Commercial Cleaning is hiring one B2B sales rep to own the DMV market. Not manage it — own it.

This is a true hunter role. No leads handed to you. No inbound queue. You will be prospecting, cold walking into businesses, running walkthroughs, and closing recurring janitorial contracts.

Every contract you close pays you monthly for as long as that client stays.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prospecting and cold walking commercial facilities daily

Conducting walkthroughs and identifying client needs

Building and presenting proposals

Closing new recurring janitorial service contracts

Managing and growing your book of business

Coordinating with operations teams after close

This Role Is a Fit If

You’ve built your own pipeline and closed business from scratch

You have experience in B2B or outside sales

You are comfortable with cold outreach and in-person prospecting

You want income tied directly to your performance

You are motivated by long-term, recurring commission

This Role Is Not a Fit If

You rely on inbound leads or marketing-generated opportunities

You need a long ramp-up or constant oversight

You are uncomfortable with field sales and prospecting

Requirements

Valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation

Ability to work in the field daily

Prior B2B or outside sales experience preferred

Commission is paid monthly on active contracts, creating long-term recurring income. As your book of business grows, your income compounds.

Pay Range

$50,000 – $150,000+ OTE

Rockville, MD (DMV Territory: DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia)
