Commission-Based Sales Representative (1099)
One Bridge Security LLC delivers premium, photo-verified night patrols to small businesses, retail strips, and warehouses across the Denver metro. We’re local, responsive, and built on reliability. We’re hiring a commission-only Sales Representative to open new accounts and grow monthly patrol revenue.
What You’ll Do
Prospect daily: call, text, email, and drop in on property managers, landlords, and business owners.
Run quick discovery, scope risks/needs, and match clients to Bridge Basic/Plus/Elite patrol tiers.
Present proposals, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close month-to-month contracts.
Coordinate clean handoffs to operations; ensure a smooth first week and early renewals.
Maintain a simple activity/pipeline log and hit weekly outreach/meeting/close targets.
What It Takes
1+ year of B2B sales (services, facilities, or security a plus).
Confident communicator who’s comfortable with cold outreach and in-person visits.
Organized, persistent, and accountable; you manage your own cadence and follow-ups.
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
Pay & Perks
15% commission on each signed & collected contract (no cap).
Commissions paid when client funds clear; residuals on renewals you originate (when applicable).
Warm interest from local businesses + a simple, high-trust offering (photo-verified patrols).
Territory & Schedule
Denver Metro (Arvada, Lakewood, Westminster, Thornton, Aurora, etc.).
Flexible schedule; field/remote. Occasional evening check-ins with prospects as needed.
