AT&T is seeking a Territory Sales Representative (B2B Account Executive) to expand our market share in Long Beach. You won't just be selling services; you’ll be a Connectivity Consultant , helping local businesses leverage Fiber, 5G, and IoT technology to scale.
** Core Responsibilities**
- ** Outside Sales & Prospecting:** Execute a high-activity sales plan including door-knocking , cold calling , and local networking to generate new B2B leads.
- ** Consultative Sales:** Conduct thorough needs assessments for small-to-mid-market businesses to pitch customized wireless and wireline solutions.
- ** Pipeline Management:** Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to track leads, manage your sales funnel, and accurately forecast monthly quotas.
- ** Territory Management:** Act as the "CEO of your patch," identifying high-growth opportunities in Downtown Long Beach, the Port, and surrounding business districts.
** Qualifications & Skills**
- ** Experience:** 2+ years of B2B Sales , Outside Sales , or Business Development experience preferred.
- ** Communication:** Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; able to speak confidently with C-suite executives and business owners.
- ** The Hustle:** Proven track record of meeting or exceeding Sales Quotas and performance KPIs.
- ** Requirements:** Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a "hunter" mindset.
