    Compensation: Commission Based Position - Potential Earnings of $80,000 in Your First Year!

    What You'll Do

    As a B2B Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for driving new business by building relationships with healthcare organizations in need of recruiting services. This role is a perfect fit for someone who loves sales, is comfortable working independently, and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and close deals.

    Prospect & Develop Leads – Identify and engage potential clients in the healthcare industry.
    Make Connections – Conduct outbound sales calls, email outreach, and follow-ups to establish strong client relationships.
    Close Deals – Present our recruiting solutions, negotiate terms, and secure partnerships.
    Manage the Sales Cycle – Take ownership of your sales pipeline, tracking progress and driving results.
    Collaborate – Work closely with our recruiting team to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction.

    What We’re Looking For

    B2B Sales Experience – Previous experience in business-to-business sales is required. Experience in staffing, recruiting, or healthcare sales is a plus.
    Phone Sales Expertise – You’re confident, persuasive, and skilled at overcoming objections.
    Strong Computer Skills – Comfortable using CRM software, email, and other digital tools.
    Self-Motivated & Independent – You thrive in a commission-based environment and are driven by results.
    Resilient & Tenacious – Sales isn’t easy, but you love the challenge and don’t take “no” personally.
