Position: B2B Sales Representative
Hours/Week: Full-time, 40+ hours
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth throughout Northern NJ. Promote our services as the Premier Restoration company in the area and become their preferred choice when disaster strikes. Compensation:
Base salary plus commission

Territory: Northern NJ
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Insurance Agents, Property Managers and service providers(plumbers) within territory assigned
Conduct a thorough needs assessment to understand clients needs and pain points
Present our services as compelling solutions to client needs
Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business touchpoints
Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM , send email campaigns, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction
Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably the service industry
Strong communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and planning
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Results-oriented with a track recork of exceeding sales targets
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
