1-Tom-Plumber Sarasota is looking for a motivated B2B Outside Sales Representative to grow our plumbing and restoration business across Sarasota and Manatee County. If you love meeting people, building relationships, and getting rewarded for your results, this is your opportunity.

Earnings Potential:

Base pay plus uncapped commissions

Realistic first-year part-time earnings: $30,000–$50,000+

What You’ll Do:

Promote both plumbing and restoration services (water, mold, fire damage)

Track leads and referrals in HubSpot CRM

Share photos and updates on social media

What You Bring:

Outgoing, confident personality

Self-driven and organized

Clean driving record and reliable vehicle

B2B sales or property services experience a plus (not required)

Comfort with CRM tools or willingness to learn
