    Position: Director of Sales Location: Dallas, TX (In-Person Preferred) At Pittet Architecturals, we are passionate about bringing soul and story to design—offering a curated selection of reclaimed limestone, marble, fireplaces, fountains, and architectural elements sourced directly from Europe. We partner with leading designers, architects, and builders who value authenticity, history, and craftsmanship. We are seeking a Director of Sales who is ready to lead from the front, build a winning team, and drive consistent, measurable revenue growth. This is not just a management role—this is an opportunity to own the full sales function and help scale a brand that is truly one-of-a-kind. What You’ll Do: • Develop and execute a high-performance sales strategy that aligns with revenue targets and company objectives. • Coach, train, and assess our growing sales team to execute our “Outgrow Sales Process,” drive accountability, and win business across luxury design and construction markets. • Generate and close new business while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships with high-end designers, architects, and builders. • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations to ensure lead quality, sales pipeline health, and accurate inventory coordination. • Measure success using Zoho CRM—tracking key KPIs, conversion rates, and sales performance to ensure continuous improvement. Who You Are: • A proven sales leader with 5+ years of experience—ideally in design, luxury goods, construction materials, or architecture. • Highly proficient with CRM systems (Zoho preferred)—you understand pipeline health, reporting, and the difference between activity and outcomes. • A builder , not just a manager. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies that maintain high levels of occupancy and profitability through coordination with department managers • Evaluate information gathered from market data and create a plan to meet design marketing deliverables, hotel financial goals, and create an annual sales forecast • Report on sales activities for the previous and future weeks in meetings with department leaders, and prepare a monthly expense report for all hotel sales-related expenditures • Create methods to help the sales team reach and surpass monthly room booking targets that are in line with the hotel's overall revenue management goals • Boost revenue and increase new guest visits through strategic outbound sales efforts that may include phone solicitation to local professionals, corporations, and members of your personal network • Demonstrate a clear understanding of, and actively manage and lead, the Outgrow Sales Process by Alex Goldfayn. • The Sales Director is expected to take a hands-on approach to this system, including leading weekly, monthly, and quarterly Outgrow meetings to drive measurable results and revenue growth for the company. Qualifications: • Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Must be able to use basic computer software including Microsoft Office • Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales through lead-generation and closing • Previous hospitality industry experience preferred but not required • Prior experience of 5+ years as a sales professional in a related field is required • Strong Ability to use, edit, and train in a CRM Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 EOT
