As a PASSENGER SERVICE AGENT you are responsible for greeting and checking in passengers sailing on Balearia Caribbean Ferry out of Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale FL , you are the first one to make a good impression, and the last happy faces guests see before they go on vacation!.

Hours are: Tu, Wed, Fr, Sun 5:30 a.m. - 9:30 am

As a CARGO SERVICE AGENT You will work directly with customers. You are the forefront of the Cargo Department; providing customers with the best experience and support regarding the products and services that Balearia Caribbean offers. We are looking for highly-motivated and dynamic professionals with prior customer service and/or related experience, ability to work effectively in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment. Must be a team player.

Hours are: Mon, Thu 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 pm
