• Proven experience as Bar Manager or Lead Bartender
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer and mixology trends
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable moments
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
