Job Description

Provides exceptional customer service to all customers. Receives and process requests and complaints from all customers in an effective and timely manner. Answer at least 50 emails, 15 calls, and chats throughout the day as needed.

1. Receive inquiries and complaints via the telephone, mail, and email.

2. Proactively solve issues and foster trust with our customers.

3. Write required information and additional information for each inquiry received.

4. Apply knowledge about company policies, procedures and pricing to best meet customer needs while working as a team with other customer service agents and managers.
