Above all, an Account Manager with our agency should have the ability to maintain and build upon the level of trust established over many years with our valued long-time clients. This is accomplished by consistently displaying excellent attention to detail, being a proactive problem solver and by having the empathy and compassion necessary to not only help those shocked by moments of hardship, but by helping to lessen the impact of those moments before they happen.

    While we do expect professional and high-quality results from all associates, we always seek to maintain an office environment that is friendly, encouraging and as flexible as can be reasonably accommodated.

    This is a front-of-office customer service oriented position, offering industry competitive pay and benefits. Directly relevant experience is a prerequisite for any candidate to be considered for the role.

    Active Tennessee insurance producer licenses are not a requirement for initial employment; but since the ability to perform many responsibilities does depend upon being licensed, we would require them to be obtained after settling in with our team and we would cover the associated costs. A $2,000 bonus is being offered to candidates already having active Tennessee P&C licenses at the time of hiring, after the successful completion of a 60-day trial period.

    Regular Responsibilities

    Manage Immediate Incoming Call & Walk-In Service Needs

    Participate in Client Follow-Up Routines Needed to Maintain Healthy Accounts and Relationships

    Efficiently Respond to Client Email Requests

    Detailed Record Keeping of Client Interactions

    Claim Communication and Resolution Assistance

    Daily Commuting to Primary Office in Smyrna

    Other General Office Responsibilities

    Aptitude to Operate within Multiple Computer Platforms and to Follow Information Security Protocols
