Technical Source is currently in search of a BAS Engineer for an engineering firm that services the Pharma/Biotech industry in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. This is a long-term contract opportunity that requires onsite work. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience designing, troubleshooting, and maintaining building automation systems.

Responsibilities of the BAS Engineer include:

• Design, Configure, Troubleshoot, and Maintain Building Automation Systems
• Support HVAC Controls, Utilities, and Environmental Monitoring Systems
• Advise on System Architecture, Technology Selection, and Execution Strategy
• Review Vendor Submittals and Technical Documentation
• Support Start-Up and Commissioning Activities

Qualification of the BAS Engineer include:

• 5+ Years of BAS Experience
• Extensive Knowledge of Siemens Desigo
• Advanced Knowledge of HVAC and Facility Automation Systems
• Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Organizational Skills
