We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience in technical support, building controls, or customer training to join our growing team. As a key member of our support group, you'll play an essential role in enhancing the expertise and satisfaction of our expanding customer base, including seasoned mechanical technicians and less experienced end users, through responsive support via phone, email, and chat.
Additionally, you'll be instrumental in welcoming new customers, providing personalized and interactive training on our web portal through video conferencing, chat or phone. This position reports directly to the Support Manager and is based at our headquarters in Bloomington, MN.
