BASYS Processing is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, problem-solver as a CRM Administrator to add value and expertise to our Technology team in our Lenexa, KS office.
The CRM Administrator is responsible for managing the Customer Relationship Management System (sugarcrm.com), related data and integration with other systems as well as performing development and testing of other digital tools.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform all administrative functions for CRM system including adding/removing users, changing security, monitoring data feeds, updating data values, adjusting workflows, creating new reports/dashboards, etc.
Provide end user support by troubleshooting data and system issues.
Conduct system training and ensure user adherence to defined processes.
Understand and document business user requirements for CRM, Mobile Apps and other digital tools
Act as central point of contact for all change requests and system alterations. Work with Sales, Marketing and IT leadership to assess, prioritize and implement
Evaluate CRM data quality and work with users on related corrections
Develop and execute test plan of new CRM releases/features.
Communicate and train existing users on new features.
Exchange/Transfer/Load of data into the CRM system
Stay informed on CRM trends and determine applicability to BASYS
Manage all performance and budget expectations with vendors related to CRM projects
Position Requirements:
2+ Years of CRM Administrator or ETL experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, in Lieu of Degree may have relevant work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Sugar CRM experience Preferred
