As a Sales Executive, you will be developing relationships with our Bank Client and the bank executives, following up on bank provided leads, as well as prospecting business in your territory, Raleigh, NC.

We are looking for a competitive, self-driven, personable individual to help develop the Raleigh, NC territory. Retaining the customers that you acquire, is just as important as us- and is why we retain 90% of our customers when industry average is closer to 60-70%. We are looking for someone that has more of a consultative & relational approach and not transactional.

Responsibilities:
Manage Strategic Partnership with our Bank Client and Executives
Follow up on and close the sales leads that the bank provides
Prospect new business in an assigned territory
Follow up and retain Customers in the market
Qualifications:
3+ years of Outside Sales experience (Business to Business, Face to Face sales)
Experience with a CRM to track leads as well as performance
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point
Proven Track record of Success in Sales
An individual who enjoys meeting clients face to face, cold calling and building relationships
Benefits and Compensation:
We offer a Competitive Compensation Package! Base Salary Uncapped Residual Commission, first year earning potential AVERAGE of $70,000 - $90,000. 100,000 attainable first year. Second year potential of $100,000-$120,000 .
Residuals: Lifetime of the Account, as long as you are working with us and so is the customer- you are still earning off this same customer.
