BASYS Processing Inc. is seeking an outgoing, tenacious individual to join our Business Development Team in Houston, TX.
We are looking for a person who thrives on customer interactions, and winning deals. You should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a consistent work ethic. In this role, you will be connecting sales executives with qualified prospects from company provided leads and closing your own deals (also from company provided leads) while making 50-80 calls per day to business prospects. You should have a proven track record of consistently meeting activity goals for calls and appointments, and sales goals for deals won. In addition, experience recording client data and sales activity in a CRM is essential.
This position involves inside sales (over-the-phone), account management of current customers and some outside sales, as there will be some in-the-field face-to-face interactions and selling.

Requirements:
Minimum 1-3+ years sales experience (B2B preferred)
Bilingual Candidate (Spanish and English)
Ability to Travel 25% within Texas and Oklahoma
Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills
MS Office proficiency
Base Salary + Commission + Quarterly Bonuses
