BASYS Processing, a leading merchant services provider, is a family owned business that has grown 30% in size solely in 2019 and continues to grow year after year! We are currently looking to add a Business Analyst to our team.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for reporting and analysis of departmental and customer performance, analysis and schedule of bidding & billing documents for our sales team.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated and analytical individual to join our team. The right individual will have excellent organizational skills, great with numbers, have accounting knowledge and maintain an extreme level of confidentiality to generate analysis' and bids for our clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Determine customers' services needs and prepare & review analysis and documents for sales team to present
Responsible for compiling weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal and external clients; including gaining an understanding of the data to ensure report integrity
Track weekly and monthly progress of all sales reps with regards to incoming statements, estimated profitability retained during analysis process
Track incoming statements and turnaround time
Provide sales management with weekly and monthly detailed reports on Alliance and Banking team progress with bids in the pipeline
Prepare and calculate monthly commission and EOM reports
Process commissions to payroll and create payments for bank shares by deadline
Responsible for compiling weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal and external clients; including gaining an understanding of the data to ensure report integrity
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school): Preferred
Experience: 3 plus years of experience in accounting, finance/banking
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with some type of CRM program
