    Position Overview: The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving business growth through tailored landscaping solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their specific landscaping needs and preferences.

    Conduct regular check-ins and site visits to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

    Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that client requests and feedback are incorporated into service delivery.

    Sales and Growth:

    Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients based on their landscaping needs.

    Drive new business through referrals and networking within the landscaping industry.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional materials and campaigns for potential clients.

    Knowledge and Learning:

    Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in the landscaping industry.

    Attend relevant workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

    Provide feedback to the training team to develop educational materials for other team members.

    Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with the operations, design, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

    Provide insights and feedback from clients to influence service enhancements and innovations.

    Qualifications:

    High School Degree is minimum

    A minimum of 10 years of experience in landscaping industry.

    Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, or a related field can be used to substitute the experience, with minimum 3 years landscape industry experience required still

    Proven track record in relationship-driven sales and account management.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to quickly learn about new products, services, and the evolving landscaping market.

    Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
