    Job Description

    BAYLAB USA is looking for a persuasive Sales Representative to promote and sell company healthcare products, such as quality US made flat masks, procedure masks, surgical masks, KN95 masks, and N95 masks to a broad spectrum of retail channels of consumer products. We are seeking an experienced candidate with experience selling to big-box and chain retailers. Employee will be responsible for selling the Company's healthcare products to big-box retail distributors, drug store and pharmacy chains, consumer retail chain stores, grocery stores, discount chains, home improvement stores, and other interested parties.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
    • Prospect and contact potential customers
    • Developing an in-depth understanding of company product lines.
    • Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
    • Following up on leads generated by the company.
    • Preparing presentations for potential customers.
    • Researching competitor’s products and their respective market performances.
    • Keeping abreast of new developments in the market to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies.
    • Meet or exceed established sales targets
    • Participate in cold-calling and face to face solicitation
    • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
    • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
