DESCRIPTION:
Full-time front desk and assistant office manager position at financial service firm
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
· Accounts payable processing
· Schedule client appointments
· Scanning
· Data entry
· Light bookkeeping
· BBFS collections
· Assemble financial statements and tax returns
· Local deliveries
· Ordering office supplies
· Keep office in professional looking order
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proficient in Outlook and project management software.
· Good communication skills.
· Experience with Quickbooks & Quickbooks Online
· Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task.
· Strong organizational skills, detailed oriented.
· Must have transportation.
