    Job Description

    PAYROLL ASSISTANT

    You will work with a fun and friendly team in a dynamic fast paced company, assisting our payroll team for a multitude of companies in various industries.

    If you like the challenge of learning new technology, creative problem solving, than this position is for you! This position will improve your skill-set since we promote ongoing education so that we can provide excellent services to our clients.

    This position is best suited to a friendly, well-organized, detailed person with the ability to multitask and work within pertinent deadlines.

    Experience and skill set would include the following:

    • Compiling payroll reports
    • Contacting clientele for information
    • Reminding staff and clients of pressing due dates
    • Respond to government notices
    • Bill processing and collection
    • Reconcile benefit programs
    • Set up garnishments
    • Client support
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
