As an Outside Sales/Acquisitions Specialist you will educate homeowners and offer a solution to their problems and a way to get out of a difficult situation. You will travel to an assigned territory and make face to face contact with potential clients, asses the situation, make an offer and close the deal. You will report directly to the Acquisitions Manager. This role requires a highly energetic person with confidence in negotiating and handling rejection . We generate a lot of leads that need to be nurtured and handed off to one of our Field Acquisition Specialists. Our ideal candidate has experience in outside sales and is a closer. This individual has the drive and tenacity to exceed productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while effectively assisting clients. Must be driven by the thrill of the close. We need someone who will make it happen and someone who will never settle for good, but will work toward excellence and exceptional results. Responsibilities: • Educating homeowners on what their options are • Reviewing contracts, making offers, and getting signed contracts • Constantly working to secure new homes to purchase Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills • Ability to build rapport quickly • Confident in handling rejection • Competitive and motivated mentality • Weekend availability • Passionate about helping people • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record, reliable vehicle • Experience can range from entry level to career professional Compensation: $50,000 - $120,000 Commission based
