WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Slice brisket, ribs, turkey, sausage, and more with speed, precision, and pride
- Serve guests with confidence, personality, and hospitality that's unforgettable
- Make real-time decisions on portioning, quality, and flow
- Communicate with the pit, FOH, and kitchen to keep service tight
- Lead from the front: mentor, guide, and set the tone for the shift
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready for battle
- Own the moment. Be the show. Be the best part of someone's day.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Deep understanding of Central Texas BBQ (this is non-negotiable). We can teach the right person.
- Solid knife skills being quick, clean, safe, and consistent
- Charismatic and confident in front of guests, you love talking BBQ
- Calm under pressure because fast lines don't phase you
- Strong communicator and natural leader. People follow your energy
- Obsessed with quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
- Full-time availability, including weekends and evenings
