BBS Financial LLC is looking for an experienced full time tax preparer to join our team. JOB DUTIES:
Prepare tax returns and documentation for clients
Prepare necessary work papers for tax return documentation
Follows all federal, state, and local tax laws
Finds legal deductions to save money for clients
Answers clients questions and provides advice
Organizes financial records for clients
Keeps track of deadlines and deliverables for multiple clients
Stays up to date on all federal, state, and local tax laws.
Maintains confidentially of all personal financial information
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a minimum of an associates with a concentration in accounting or related subject matter and at least 3 years of recent experience preparing at least (50) 1040’s per year utilizing professional tax software. Knowledge of preparing forms: 1065, 1120, and 1120S, is a plus, but not required. Must have the ability to communicate financial information clearly and strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with clients.
