Looking for a customer service representative role where your years of experience will be appreciated and leveraged?

We're looking for a Customer Service Rep to take over responsibilities for front desk, client facing duties, including answering incoming calls, emails, responding to inquiries, recommending products, managing incoming communications while taking orders from walk-in clients. The successful candidate will have advance working knowledge of 10-key, customer service skills, attention to detail and an orientation to object size and dimensions (able to identify 18”x18” from 24”x24” and the like).

HOURS: 7:30AM-4:00PM, Monday-Friday

PAY: $18-27/hr DOE

BENEFITS: Health insurance, bonuses, commission, paid holidays, paid vacation time, & a Simple IRA (2% employer contribution).
