BBSI (Nasdaq) is experiencing a steady rate of growth and is looking for key employees to complement our existing teams. The Full Desk Recruiter will have the opportunity to run their own book of business, from generating new leads, negotiating and closing deals, recruiting top talent, and working with a team to hit quarterly and yearly goals.

DESCRIPTION

· Hunt for new business opportunities and generate leads.

· Develop and pitch client proposals.

· Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates/fees.

· Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new.

· Headhunt, source, and build relationships with potential candidates, utilizing a variety of resources.

· Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates.

· Manage sales processes from interview through offer stage.

QUALIFICATIONS

· 3-5 Years' Relevant experience in Recruiting, B2B Sales, or a combination of the two

· Competitive nature - driven to become a top performer

· Fearless and Passionate

· Must demonstrate a strong internal/external customer focus and strong team orientation with all levels of employees and customers

· Technical proficiency with computers and ATS systems is also a critical success factor.
